Copyright Protection Policy
'Agtechkorea' implements the following copyright protection policy to safeguard the service content provided by the Company and to avoid infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
1. Ownership of Copyright
- The copyright to all content independently reported and produced by 'Agtechkorea' (hereinafter the "Publication")—including articles, photographs, videos, infographics, and ROI (profitability) analysis data—belongs to the Publication.
- The copyright to columns contributed by external experts and to reader submissions belongs, in principle, to the author, and the Publication holds the right to use such content for purposes including reporting and recordkeeping.
2. Use and Reproduction of Content
- Prohibition of Unauthorized Reproduction: Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting the full text of an article, or using it commercially, without the Publication's approval is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act.
- Simple Linking Permitted: Simple linking, whereby only the title and URL of an article are posted to direct users to the relevant page, is freely permitted.
- Citation in Reporting: When citing the Publication's data or article content, the source (Agricultural Technology News) must be clearly indicated.
- Citation of Data: When citing core data such as substantive figures or ROI analysis materials, prior consultation with the Publication is required.
3. Protection of Third-Party Copyrights
- When the Publication uses external materials such as government press releases, foreign news reports, or academic materials in preparing articles, it always indicates the source, thereby respecting the copyrights of others.
- If a suspected case of copyright infringement arises from the Publication's reporting, please report it immediately via email (leehw@agtechkorea.com).
4. Liability for Copyright Infringement
- The user shall bear all legal liability arising from the unauthorized appropriation, distortion, or republication of the Publication's content.
- The Publication may take strong legal action against acts of copyright infringement in accordance with the Copyright Act and related statutes.
